• Large items, such as furniture, machinery, petrol parts, etc., must first contact us for special arrangements. If the package is delivered to the warehouse without a promise, it will be rejected and/or an administrative fee will be charged.
• We do not provide services for picking up items in the original country. You must use the international consolidation shipping service provided by uMeowl to deliver the items. Items that cannot be resolved within the specified time will be treated as timeouts and/or administrative fees will be charged.
• Trash items need to pay processing fees and/or additional administrative fees
• We do not provide bidding services. The following purchasing websites only offer limited services: ヤフオク! , メルカリ, ラクマ (フリル), some websites will individually refuse, in case of the above situation, we will cancel your order.

The aforementioned packages will be rejected and/or additional administrative fees if they are delivered to the warehouse.
